- Slicing - Solimide foam from the raw "bun" form to sheets as thin as .090 inches.

Quiet Zone Wrapped Absorber
Description: Is a highly efficient tuned noise absorber designed for applications where mid to low frequency absorption is needed. The product consists of a semi rigid fiber glass core completely encapsulated within a 2 mil thick reinforced foil/polypropylene cover. The board like absorber offers good structural integrity and can be used in temperatures ranging from minus 40°F to 240°F.
Uses: Quiet Zone Wrapped Absorber is designed to control reverberant noise in the workplace where elevated noise levels can affect quality and productivity. The rigid panels can be mounted directly to the wall (Type A mount) mounted within a 2 inch air gap behind the panels (Type J mount), or installed within drop ceiling grids (Type E 400) making them a highly versatile, effective and cleanable application.
